Front desk staff person was friendly and helpful at every turn. Room was clean, and equipped with fridge and microwave. Staff person facilitated a room change from second to first floor to accomodate a visiting family member with mobility concerns.
The place looked almost abandoned when I arrived, and is located adjacent to a tsa preparedness training facility and a county airport, so I felt a bit strange pulling into the (empty) parking lot. Fears were assuaged when I entered the building, though.
The staff was really professional and courtious.
All amenities were out of order.
Staff was friendly and helpful. There was a problem with our first room so they immediately changed our rooms and upgraded us at no cost.
It was June 30 and the pool was still "closed for the season".
Bed was comfortable, pillows were old and too soft. Shower was good.
Breakfast, as advertised, was non-existent.
The night clerk was extremly helpful and accommodating!
Comfortable bed and quiet. The lounge had reopened and it was nice to have a night cap there.
No kleenex and help was unable to find another box until morning. Laundry room was filthy and stunk so we had to go to a laundromat.
I liked the hospitality at the front desk
The facility was under construction as far as the workout gym. But there just remodeling
The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the complimentary breakfast was very good.
We had no towels,no beds made and a very poor continental breakfast.no way is this hotel a do again even though it is very close to family.
It was nice. It was clean
Location. Its not close to anything.
The woman with whom we dealt, both on the telephone and in person, was friendly, professional and accommodating. Geographically, it suited our purpose, but the location is adjacent to an Army Reserves Training facility. The shower was excellent.
Everything about the rooms felt damp -- the carpet, the linens and some of the towels (prior to use). The worst part about the room was that none of the door locks worked -- not the handle lock, the dead bolt, nor the slide latch.
Clean, good value.
We felt as though the place had not really committed to being open, kind of eerily quiet.
